Our Company was founded in 2020 by Mr. Jai Prakash Upadhyay and Mr. Manoj Kumar Pandey. Amongst the ocean of problems prevailing during the pandemic and lockdown, an issue was reported for the lack of Menstrual Hygiene solutions in the villages and backward areas of the country. This happened due to the affected transportation and hampered production. This made us step up and solve the problem. Lakshy Family is committed to providing quality, safe, and natural solutions for personal and menstrual hygiene. Lakshy Hygiene Solutions family is growing at a great pace and so are we getting more motivated to provide the best.

Our Next

With our first in-house curated product already in the market (Dias Ultra), we plan to expand the portfolio further to pantiliners, more variants of sanitary pads to suit the need, tampons, baby diapers, men’s grooming etc.

With a diploma in civil engineering and a work experience of 24 years in various fields including construction, ATM industry, and interior design industry. He is the master of it all and the biggest strength pillar for the Lakshy Family.

Mr Manoj Kumar Pandey Co-Founder/COO-Rural Operations

Having a degree of BA, and LLB from Varanasi, and a work experience of over 20 years in the fields of business and advocacy. He is the biggest pillar of strength for the Lakshy Family. His guidance and aggressive approach always help us improve and strike harder.

Mrs. Nidhi Upadhyay Managing Director/CEO

She is a graduate of social sciences from Varanasi. Having true knowledge of all the social causes around and a different perspective on social problems, she is the guiding pillar for the Lakhsy Family.
